This is a vintage hand-carved wooden mask with raffia fringe, presented as a curated sculptural wall piece. The elongated form and incised patterning give the face a strong, graphic presence, while the retained raffia adds softness, movement, and scale.
The mask is unaltered. The carving, surface wear, and fibre elements are original, and the piece is offered here as a sculptural object rather than a cultural artefact. The value lies in its form, material, and the way it holds space on the wall.
