These are prints of my original painting, which was inspired by a tree that I saw when walking my dog up the local cycle track one windy morning, as the slowly yellowing leaves danced on the breeze under a pale autumn sky. I wanted to preserve the wonderful feeling of watching this charming performance in a painting. I added a buzzard and a squirrel to the scene, making the painting feel lived in. It was my desire to capture how nature moves and changes within the stillness of this painting.
