Full description
This is a bamboo bookmark with a Mallard Duck about to land in a pond with reeds. It was hand painted by myself, using acrylic paint.
I enjoy painting pieces that people can use and touch, bringing a little bit of art into everyday life.
Each of these wooden bookmarks is an original piece of art, no two will ever be identical. They would make a wonderful gift for any bird or book lover. Used as a bookmark or displayed as mini art!
The art work is sealed and protected by a satin varnish and a faux suede tassel attached.
