All of the jewellery pieces in this Folksy shop are handmade by myself in a lovely, shed studio in my back garden.
The handmade jewellery I make is inspired by nature, the coastline of my home Island of Mersea, meaningful words and the joy of simplicity.
Handmade in recycled sterling silver, recycled gold, sterling silver, copper, 14ct gold filled, and occasionally brass. Semi-precious stones, precious stones and beads are also featured in my work.
Thank you very much for your support.
I love to reuse broken ceramics in my work. They come from either plates and bowls that get broken or I or my mum find whilst gardening old ceramics buried in the soil.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Dark blue ceramics have been set in handmade recycled sterling silver. The ceramics have come from an old plate of mine that broke, and rather than throw it away I (carefully) broke it further to set inside jewellery instead of stones. The pictures and colours of old pottery is often so beautiful that it seems a shame to throw away. And set inside recycled sterling silver seems like a perfect combination.
These earrings maybe recycled but they are in no way of a lesser quality than virgin mined sterling silver, and have been hallmarked for their weight in solid sterling silver by Birmingham Assay Office.
The earrings measure 5.3cm from the top of the earring wire down to the bottom of the earring drop. They measure 1.5cm across at the widest part of the silver drop.
The earrings are ready to post and can take between 1 - 3 days before being dispatched by Royal Mail special delivery.
Packaged in a navy blue box finished with ribbon which is perfect for gift giving.
Thank you
