Welcome to my Folksy shop.
My great passion is nature in all her forms . I try through my artwork to give a feeling of the beauty and mystery of landscapes animal and birds .
Using natural products is important , so wool ,wood ,silk ,cotton and linen are my main supplies .
I live in York , so am surrounded by the beautiful landscape and coastline of the Yorkshire Dales and Moors .
I have pieces at sale price , these are items from older collections , but still beautiful!
Orders are sent first class tracked . Signed for is added for expensive items .

Autumn mists over the hillsides, ancient castles and a majestic stag gave me inspiration for this soft sculpture.

Wool sculpture of a Highland Stag standing on a wood base .
Tha stag has a wire internal frame , wire antlers and bead eyes.
Carefully felted to give details of the colour of the body and face .
The base has air dry clay boulders and felted grass .
Height including base to the tip of antlers 12.5 inches.
Base 10 inches at longest points .
He would make a lovely home decoration for any nature lover .
