Just to let everyone know the shop will shut for Christmas on Sunday 14th December this year.
Please enjoy browsing and should you buy a doll she will be packaged in an organza bag. I have been given literally hundreds and will use them until they run out rather than let them go to landfill. Also I have been asked why I don't often repeat combinations of fabric with the dolls. It is because I tend to buy remnant stock where I can, tiny pieces of fabric that are too small for most people to use. So often I have only enough to make one doll. He was made for the sheer joy of making. His sickly green skin is heavily stitched where the Baron first experimented on him. He turned out rather bigger than his suit and he stole the bag for all his finds when he escapes.

Full description
This is Frankenmouse. He is a hand embroidered green skinnedmouse with little leather ears and tail. He is dressed in tweedy yarn dyed cotton plus trousers with a grey linen shirt and a lined felt jacket. He is hand stitched with a little leather bag for all his finds when he escapes the laboratory. He is finished with tiny buttons and leather shoes. .
He is softly stuffed with spice mix in his stuffing for a gentle scent and he has a tiny malachite stone at his heart. He has a brass ring to his back in case you want to place him on the wall.
He stands 7 inches tall
He is a folk doll for grown ups and sadly is not suitable for children to play with.
