This enamel mug was born from a moment of joyful muddle—a picnic scene mid-zoomie, where Battenberg flew, bunting tangled, and teacups teetered. It’s a tribute to my very own George Jack Rascal, whose boundless energy and cheeky ways turned a quiet sketch into a whirlwind of fun.
Originally imagined to mark King Charles’ Coronation, the illustration tipped into TasWood territory almost immediately. With a nod to Beth and Bluebell, the royal Jack Russells, the scene became less about pomp and more about pawprints—less ceremony, more chaos. And in true enamel fashion, it’s made for the outdoors: for harvest-time Fourses, muddy paws, and mugs that clink beside crumb trails.
Safety information
This product is not dishwasher or microwave safe. Enamel mugs may contain manufacturing quirks including minor dimples, black dots, or surface blemishes—these are considered part of the rustic finish. Handle with care and wash gently by hand. Not suitable for children under three.

Featuring a mischievous Jack Russell and a flurry of airborne Battenberg, bunting, and teapots, it’s perfect for garden gatherings, harvest-time Fourses (Norfolk for an afternoon tea break), or a quiet cuppa with a rascal at your feet.
On the front: a vibrant print of my original ink and watercolour illustration, Union 'Jack', capturing the joyful muddle in full swing.
On the reverse: my Union 'Jack' poem awaits—ready for you to name your rascal, or simply enjoy the classic line: “Of course it had to be a naughty Jack Russell!”
Please note: Enamel mugs are lovingly rustic in nature. Dimples, colour flecks, and black specks may appear, making each one wonderfully unique.
