This light is a companion piece to my John & Barbara Robin print — originally painted as a secret commission for my Auntie Barbara, in tribute to her and my Uncle John. As I painted, the robins took on their personalities: a love of hikes, pink gin, and quiet evenings at the social club. The LED version brings their story to life in a new way — glowing gently in cosy corners, reminding us that winter is warmer with love.

From pub walks and pink gin to darts at the social club, their story is woven into every brushstroke.

– Or the acrylic panel on its own — perfect for those who already own a base and want to switch designs with the season.
Nestled into the smooth wooden lamp base, the soft LED glow creates a cosy ambience, ideal for bedtime corners, festive shelves, or seasonal storytelling. You can personalise the sentiment on the panel — choose Winter is Warmer with Love, Winter is Warmer with Special Friends, or add your own message (max 38 characters including spaces).
