Full description
This striking necklace features a 32mm blue and gold glass donut pendant suspended from a necklace of Toho seed beads and Austrian 'light sapphire' blue crystals.
The glass donut is a vivid sapphire blue on one side and metallic gold on the other side and can be worn either way.
The gold side is patchy, allowing some blue to show through.
The donut is attached using tiny 2mm glass seed beads, crimped above the donut by a faceted blue glass rondelle.
The body of the necklace is made from 3mm Toho seed beads in a colour mix called 'metallic nebula' - and shiny mix of dark blues, greens and purples.
I have added six 5mm quality Austrian crystal bicones in the colour 'light sapphire' for extra sparkle, and these are highlighted with 3mm faceted glass 'copper rainbow' rondelles for contrast.
The necklace fastens with a Tibetan style 'antique gold' toggle clasp, which is nickel and lead free.
Handmade in my home workshop here in beautiful Devon in the UK, this would make a lovely gift for a birthday, anniversary or as a special treat for yourself.
This necklace measures approximately18 inches (46cm), excluding the donut pendant.
Your necklace will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a pretty organza gift bag.
