Full description
A lion greeting card that is blank inside for a personal message. Perfect for a birthday greeting or for father's day. The design features a fabulous majestic lion wearing a crown and the sentiment reads 'king for a day'! Measuring 14.5 x 14.5 cms the textured greetings card comes with a 100% recycled brown kraft paper envelope.
The layered design has been individually created by hand in my craftroom. I used ink blending brushes and archival inks in muted natural colours, to create the circle and then stamped the lion inside this. Details have been added with fineliner pigment pens in black, white, metallic gold and amber/yellow. The card has been made with 300gsm beautifully textured white linen cardstock. I've added a deckled edge to the top layer and two pewter coloured enamelled dots for decoration.
Delivery is by Royal Mail in a clear protective wrapper and a brown recyclable board-backed envelope. Please keep plastic card wrappers away from young children.
