Full description
This fruit and gingham 1950s fabric used to be a curtain! I've upcycled it into a range of items including these lovely drawstring bags. Drawstings bags are useful for so many things. I use them for keeping things like make up, craft supplies, scarves or just hang them up to brighten up my sewing room. They would be great for packaging a gift.
They measure 30 x 30cm (laid flat) and have a fab bright red grosgrain ribbon drawstring.
Completely unique, handcrafted unlined drawstring bags, made with care from upcyled 1950s vintage barkcloth fabric.
Hand wash or pop it in your machine on a low-temperature delicates wash, hang to dry and finish with a cool iron.
These drawstring bags are all one-offs, entirely hand made by me in my studio in Oxfordshire. The pattern placements vary from the one pictured to ensure each bag is unique.
