I love building animals with character and sheep have loads. I really enjoy glazing the eyes, they are the final stroke of the brush. Each item is made at home on the kitchen table and fired at a local studio.

Made made by coiling and pinching the clay into shape, this sheep is approximately 25 cm tall. He’s been glazed in a white crackle glaze which gets its effect by painting a wash of black ink over to accentuate the cracks.
