These graphite grey coloured, 15mm mother of pearl shell flowers have a lovely shimmer and natural flaws and markings inherent to the material.
Dragonflies have existed on Earth for over 300 million years, so it is not surprising that a wealth of ancient beliefs surround them.
Around the world, dragonflies symbolise transformation and spiritual growth, strength and grace, joy and creativity.
Some cultures believe they are spirit guides offering protection and guidance.

Ear wires are stamped '925' to denote gold vermeil.

Full description
Each pretty drop earring features a 15mm graphite grey Mother-of-Pearl flower-shaped bead, topped with an 8mm Tibetan antique gold dragonfly bead.
The flower and dragonfly beads are highlighted with tiny 2x1.5mm faceted electric blue glass and 3mm 'rainbow copper' rondelles which catch the light beautifully.
The beads are threaded onto gold vermeil pins and hung from gold vermeil ear-wires.
Gold vermeil is sterling silver that has been plated with 18k gold, and the wires are stamped '925'.
Lightweight and sparkly, these are very easy to wear.
Handmade in my home workshop here in beautiful Devon in the UK, these would make a lovely gift for a birthday, anniversary, Valentine's, Mother's Day, or keep them as a treat for yourself.
These earrings measure approximately 1.5 inches (4cm), excluding the wires.
Your earrings will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a small organza gift bag.
