I wanted an up-market version of my glass snowmen and decided crackle Quartz would make a lovely snowman body!
Crackle Quartz is white Quartz that has been heat-treated then water-cooled to produce a network of tiny fractures.
The result is a beautifully sparkly stone that looks like crushed ice, and combines well with the Iolite and Hematite beads used for the scarf and hat.
Perfect for these cute little snowmen!
These would make a lovely Secret Santa gift, stocking filler, or treat for yourself.

A gemstone version of my glass snowmen earrings.
These cute little snowman earrings are made from an 8mm crackle Quartz bead for his body and a 5mm mother of pearl shell bead for his head.
He wears a 4mm violet coloured faceted Iolite rondelle for his scarf and a hat made from a 6mm Hematite rondelle and a 4mm Hematite cube .
He hangs from a choice of sterling silver or gold vermeil (sterling silver plated with 18k gold) wires.
Price is for 1 pair - please select your choice of wires from options.
He is approximately an inch long (2.5cm) long, excluding the wires.
Your snowman earrings will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a small organza gift bag.
Price includes delivery within the UK.
