Nature and the changing seasons inspire most of my art work, creating a thread that tends to run through all of my art work.
From the earliest ties between humankind and Oak trees, it is said, they can be symbolic of strength, honesty and much more.
With this batch of Autumnal inspired pendants, the terracotta clay captures much of the delicate patterns of the leaves, making each one unique.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
These Oak Leaf Pendants start life from real Oak leaves which have been pressed onto hand rolled slabs of damp Terracotta clay.
After carefully cutting around the individual leaves, the pendants are then left to dry, before being fired to a high temperature in the kiln.
After cooling down, various colouring metalic, naturally ocurring oxides are painted onto the surface of the hard clay surface, highlighting the delicate deetails icaptured by the clay staight from the real Oak leaf, before being dipped into a clear glaze, then a second kiln firing.
When completed the pendants are strung with a dark brown waxed chord, hand knotted with special slip knots allowing the wearer to adjust the length to suit as shown in the images.
Coming in an attractive presentation box made from recycled fibres from the Tiny Box Company, this unique piece of jewelry measures approx 7 cm at the longest point, 4.5 cm at the widest point, thickness of 4mm.
