Drying washing on the line is the easiest way to be eco-friendly. My sister-in-law came up with the idea of an over-the-shoulder peg bag and it certainly makes life much easier.

We all know that line-drying is the most environmentally friendly way of getting the washing dry and this peg bag adds convenience to that simple pleasure. This pretty bag is made from strong yellow cotton fabric from Bergen, decorated with a Scandi-style, floral design. It is lined with plain black fabric and the long, over-the-shoulder strap is pale grey.
This bag has been made from a remnant of fabric which has been folded for a long time. There is a slightly faded line across the bag, (see photos) which is why it is listed as a second, at a slightly reduced price. The crease in no way affects the function of the bag.
Our peg bags are designed to be worn across your body so that your pegs are at your fingertips as you hang out the laundry. A short length of lightweight boning inserted in the front of the bag avoids it sagging, meaning that accessing pegs is fumble-free. The peg bag measures approximately 26 x 23cm and will hold at least 50 averaged-sized clothes pegs. The strong, webbing strap, measures approximately 120cm.
