All my drawings and prints are original hand made items and not reproduced as giclee prints.
Many years ago I made a silk painting of a heron which I recently found still packed in a cupboard from when I moved house. I`ve been making a series of linocut prints with animal themes and thought that the image would make an ideal subject. I`ve given it an art deco vibe which i thought well fitted the design.

Full description
A circular design of a heron with wings raised, twisting his head and neck whilst looking for fish.
Flowing lines suggesting the flow of a stream, give the design movement which is echoed by the heron`s dynamic pose. The body of the heron is finely cut with feather patterning.
The overall image has an art deco vibe.
18cm in diameter , edition of 10, one available.
Packaged flat for shipping and supplied unframed.
