I live in North Wales near to the Clwyd range of hills. Moel Famau is an iconic landmark visible for miles around. The hills make great subjects for days out sketching and this image was inspired by several sketchbook drawings.

Full description
A bold contemporary view of the Clwyd Hills range in North Wales. Abstract in style, it features the iconic shape of Moel Famau as viewed from the town of Mold in Flintshire.
A blue sky with white clouds looks over the rolling hills in shades of yellow, green, brown and indigo. There are deep shadows on the hills and bright fields in the foreground.
