A hand carved bird pendant with a garnet stone (Capricorn birth stone) on a wax cord necklace.
I hand carved this little bird from lime wood. He has a little garnet stone attached to him on a chain - garnet is the birthstone for Capricorns (like me!) and is believed to help keep your heart and lungs healthy. This is a one of a kind piece that took a long time to carve, so I’d love to see him go to a good home.
The bird pendant is attached to a wax cord necklace (currently on a black cord but I’ve got brown necklace cords too if you’d like to swap it over to that) and comes in a little jewellery pouch, making it the perfect handmade gift for any special Capricorns in your life!
The bird measures approximately 2 inches wide (wingspan) and has feather details carved on both sides of his body so he can be worn either way.
