Welcome to my Folksy shop.
My great passion is nature in all her forms . I try through my artwork to give a feeling of the beauty and mystery of landscapes animal and birds .
Using natural products is important , so wool ,wood ,silk ,cotton and linen are my main supplies .
I live in York , so am surrounded by the beautiful landscape and coastline of the Yorkshire Dales and Moors .
I have pieces at sale price , these are items from older collections , but still beautiful!

Full description
A beautiful barn owl carefully crafted.
Wool and a barbed needle created this soft sculpture of the owl standing on driftwood.
On a 4 x 4 inch oak square, driftwood is wired together and secured with a metal screw attaching it to the square.
The owl is wired through the legs and the wire then wraps round the driftwood.
Overall height 9 inches. Owl 8 inches.
Bead eyes, air dry clay for beak and talons.
Posted first class signed for.
