You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Great last minute gift idea - this is a gift voucher that can be used against any of my makes. And it's emailed within 24 hours, so no worry about postal delays.
The voucher can be used for any ready-made item in my shop, or put towards a custom order where I make something special.
Available in a range of values, from £10.
To order, please complete the options boxes:
- Choose value of voucher
- Give name of recipient and add your own message to go on the voucher (optional)
- Provide email address you want the voucher sent to
- Optional copy of voucher sent in the post with a card (see last photo)
I will send you a message to confirm the voucher has been sent, and also when the voucher is redeemed and I have shipped the item.
There will be a unique code on the voucher which the recipient can then use in my discount box. This will then take the value of the voucher from their order. I can also be contacted through Folksy message if the recipient needs help redeeming their voucher.
The voucher is valid for 1 year. Refunds will be made to you as the original buyer.
All my items are made to the highest standards and conform to general product safety regulations. My toys are are tested to EN71 standards and are CE / UKCA marked.
