ROYAL MAIL POSTAL CHARGES UPDATE
Please note that from Tuesday, 7th April, Royal Mail will be increasing their postal charges. Orders valued up to £20 will continue to be dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class. For orders with a value between £20 and £75, Royal Mail Tracked 48 will be used for delivery.

If you would prefer your order to be sent via 1st Class delivery, simply send a message before completing your purchase. The delivery cost will then be adjusted accordingly to reflect the upgraded service.

Full description
This is my one-of-a-kind celestial angel with an aqua-blue butterfly and a yellow flower in her hair.
Handcrafted with white earthstone hand building clay using the slab and pinch-pot methods. Her gown is sculpted over a cone-shape mould. Her wings are cut out and embossed with a feather design, these are secured by to her body using “slip”. Her head is shaped using the pinch-pot method with her angelic hair added using sculpting tools. A stippled design enhances her gown together with heart detail symbolising angelic love and a butterfly signifying change, transformation and joy!
After the initial bisque firing to 1000c, she has been gently sanded to refine the finish before applying underglaze glaze to the butterfly and flower. Three coats of clear glaze have been applied by brush before firing to a temperature of 1180c.
