We are tired of supermarket Christmas decorations. So plastic. So boring. We decided to use our skills with the laser cutter to make a range of decorations out of bamboo. Bamboo is probably the most sustainable material there is. It grows fast, doesn't need watering, fertilisers or pesticides. The end product is hard, durable, fire-resistant, hypoallergenic and - beautiful!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

If it is non-personalised, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, in its unopened, original packaging. We do not cover the return postage fees. • DELAYS: A full refund or replacement will be granted only if an item is more than 10 working days late (UK) or 20 working days late (International) as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, which are outside of our control. Postage times during Christmas and Courier Strikes may be considerably longer than shown. We will incorporate the name into the design and create your bespoke laser cut decoration! Hang in your Christmas tree on Christmas Eve and surprise the kids in the morning! Create one for each member of the family! You can hang these decorations in a window, on a wall, or on a bedroom door after Christmas. How lovely!
