I wanted to create a fun piece that mixed colours and textures, and I also wanted to challenge myself to use up lots of yarn ends from other weaving projects

Full description
This is a handwoven, one of a kind tapestry weaving which has been made with a mixture of wools, silk, banana silk and cotton in a mix of colours. Included in the yarns are some lovely Harris Tweed woven trims and also some cotton waste yarn . It is a very rich colourful and textural piece which is stitched onto a piece of linen mix fabric and framed in a black box frame measuring 20 x 20cm, with no glass.
It will be well wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap and posted with Royal Mail. Where possible I reuse packaging to reduce cost to the customer and to the environment.
