Full description
A gorgeous doll for display at Christmas and all year round - just simply remove the linen candy cane.
This primitive angel wears vintage cotton and lace bloomers, a dress made from vintage cotton which has gathered cuffs tied and finished off with vintage linen buttons. The dress is gathered at the neckline and on the bodice, held together with a rusty safety pin. The hemline is decorated with hand embroidered feather stitch.
Her boots are painted on, and her face is hand painted and stitched.
She holds a vintage linen candy cane, trimmed with a jingle bell or pearl button, a piece of printed ribbon, and is finished off with a stamped tag.
Her wings are rusty tin, and there is a twine hanging loop.
Her hair is natural curly fleece, so no two dolls hair is identical, finished off with a natural twisted wire halo, trimmed with artificial pip berries.
Doll length approx 44cm
Please note - as this doll consists of rusty tin pieces there will be some transference of rust on to the white dress.
