UK POST All items except for the letterbox gifts are now posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcel post and charged at a flat rate of £3.95. If you order more than one item the second will be free or I will upgrade as required with no extra cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL POST - Sending my apologies but due to new regulations I can no longer post to Europe or NI but do have shipping options for everywhere else, if I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

For some time I have wanted to hand embroider directly onto the fur of a bears body and excited to say I have now produced 3 bears with hand embroidery to their fur and finally know the direction I want to take with Bearlescent. So excited to finally fulfil the dream and so I have introduced a new luxury range of bears with extra detail to my already detailed bears. This range may be ridiculously expensive mohairs or bears eith embroidery to their fur or new fully dressed bears.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Large alpaca artist bear, one of a kind hand embroidered collectible teddy bear designed by Bearlescent.
Meet Daylily, a luxury range large heirloom bear, created from a beautiful dense alpaca fabric in cloud grey, a slightly mottled grey with warm undertones.
Daylily stand at approx 16.5" /43cm tall excluding her ears.
She is one of the bears from my new premium range, with hand embroidered flower details onto her fur at body front in lovely olive greens and cashmere embroidered foot pads to match and her front paw pads are sculpted and shaded.
5 way jointed with cotter pin fitments, she is a fully poseable bear.
Brown safety eyes are fitted and she has a hand embroidered nose.
Daylily is finished with a torn piece of my favourite William Morris fabric to her head, she wears a large bell around her neck with her name tag.
Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
Traditional in style Daylily is a unique bear, she would make a lovely heirloom gift or a special addition for the bear collector. A one off creation, beautiful in style and by nature, elegant and full of detail, a Bearlescent favourite style bear.
I will pay the extra on the postage to upgrade her to Special Delivery by Royal mail.
All of my creations are designed as adult keepsakes and despite their strength are not suitable for children, as they contain cotter pin joints.
