Sunset Skies weaving kit comes with:
Sturdy loom made by LoomingMad Crafts
warp yarn and weft yarn- a variety of yarns and fabrics
plastic weaving needle

vintage plastic knitting needle for hanging finished weaving
detailed instructions
This is suitable for beginners, if you have always fancied having a go at creative weaving, this is ideal as it provides an entry into weaving with all kinds of yarns and fabrics. The yarns in this kit include tapestry wool, banana silk, cotton and cotton slub, Japanese kimono silk, art yarns by Stef Francis and cotton waste fibre yarn by Yarn Yarns. The loom measures 20 x 20cm and is made from thick hardboard and sturdy plastic. The instructions are detailed, with photos and explanatory text, however if there is anything that is difficult to follow, I am happy to be contacted by Folksy message so that I can answer any queries.
The kit will be well wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap and posted in a padded envelope and sent by Royal Mail. I reuse packaging for cost and environmental reasons
