Hi there and welcome to my shop. Here you will find old embroideries, vintage fabrics and sparkling remnants made into something pretty and practical once again. I re-stock slowly but surely, so do keep coming back for a browse.
As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

I like to look out for tea towels at the York car boot. This unusual one is the first I have found of Hadrian’s wall, and I love its illustrations of all the well known landmarks on the way, as well as its lovely map of the whole area from coast to coast.

Full description
A drawstring bag made from an unusual vintage tea towel of the Hadrians Wall path. It is covered with a great map of the walk from Newcastle to Bowness, with lots of illustrations of scenes en route. Perfect as a suitcase organiser for shoes, as a small bag for washing, or just a place for storage. It would make a great present for anyone who plans to do this walk, or for anyone who lives along the route. It would also make a great going away to Uni present, or maybe even a gift for Dad!
The width is 36 cm and the height is 45 cm
It is lined with old skool black and white striped ticking, and finished off with my own embroidered name tag.
The drawstrings are made of cotton rope, and finished off with a little floral head pull. It draws up to give a slight ruffle around the top edge.
Please wash on a gentle cool wash, and dry on the line or clothes rack.
Your bag will be wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard, and sent as RM 2nd class.
