Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

I've been making notes of new ideas for Bearlescent for quite some time and have wanted to make some smaller gifts without losing the quality or overall look of Bearlescent. Recently one of my lovely bear customers lost a loved one and I pondered on what I could send her through the post with a sympathy card. I attached a 3cm little wooden bear and the idea came to me at that time. I scribbled some notes and and finally decided on a simple shaped embroidered bear that could fit through a letterbox. I wanted to add more details and experimented with various ideas before eventually deciding on a short verse and hand made card then lastly added the little embroidered heart. Being careful not to overfill the little bear I managed to make my first one that could fit in a 2cm deep postal box.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Christmas Letterbox gifts, sending bear hugs
A hand sewn and embroidered unique gift set that will fit through the letterbox.
Are you missing someone? Do you want to send a loved one a little Christmas gift through the post or a unique present for under the tree.
I can post direct to a recipient on your behalf and will hand write the card for you, if you would like me to send direct leave details at checkout with recipients name, address and message to be included in the card.
Colour: Dark green
Contents; A unique design wool felt bear, decorated with hand embroidery. Lightly stuffed so he can fit into his handmade paper hug sleeve and squeeze through a letterbox.
2 little wool felt snowflakes with silver hanger and decorated with beads in winter white.
A hand made Santa Paws christmas card, left blank for your own use (I can add a personal message to this if you want me to send direct to a loved one)
A Christmas verse with a 3cm wooden teddy bear which is easily detached from the paper, other verses are available, see images.
Wrapped in white tissue and finished with my wooden handmade tag,
Posted in a plain brown box, I intentionally left the box blank so that the recipient will have a lovely surprise on opening it.
