One of a series of canal prints I intend to make. This is a local scene from Slaithwaite in West Yorkshire, a regular walk. I am always fascinated by the industrial heritage around the North West. There is a very informative film of the story of the building of the canal in the Visitor Centre, tunnel end Marsden.
