It is usually named for its colour and pattern - as with these Pink Zebra Jasper beads.

Full description
The centrepiece to this striking necklace is a pendant featuring a 14x10mm faceted black Onyx drop topped with 6mm beads of Pink Zebra Jasper and frosted black Onyx.
The necklace comprises 6mm and 4mm Pink Zebra Jasper, 6mm and 4mm frosted black Onyx and 7x3mm Tibetan silver coin spacer beads.
The Pink Zebra Jasper beads are a creamy pinkish-white with areas of pale salmon-pink and dark grey.
The necklace fastens with a Tibetan silver, nickel and lead free, toggle clasp in the shape of a rose.
This necklace measures approximately 17 inches (43cm).
Your necklace will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a pretty organza gift bag.
