I took the theme for the Dreamtime Hare painting from a ceramic piece I created called Into the Woods, Full Moon Sleeping Hare. I wanted to develop the idea of the Hare, burrowed deeply under the Oak tree in Dreamtime. The spirals are the connections from the roots of the Oak tree and the deep burrow where the Hare slumbers peacefully and safely. Here the spiral travels up through the trunk of the Oak to the branches where his dreams reach out into the night sky to Full moon and a host of twinkling stars.

Full description
A beautiful print, Dreamtime Hare is from an original painting of the same name by Ali Broughton. Print image is 247mm x 303mm printed professionally on 350gsm uncoated white card with added border, which measures to A3 size 297mm x420mm. This offers the
flexibility of framing in an A3 frame or cutting closer to the image for a 10" x 12" frame.
The image is an open edition print and sold unmounted and copyrighted.
