This Shop is taking a break until 9am Monday, January 13th, 2025. My apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you very much for your support.
All of the jewellery pieces in this Folksy shop are handmade by myself in a lovely, shed studio in my back garden.
The handmade jewellery I make is inspired by nature, the coastline of my home Island of Mersea, meaningful words and the joy of simplicity.
Handmade in recycled sterling silver, recycled gold, sterling silver, copper, 14ct gold filled, and occasionally brass. Semi-precious stones, precious stones and beads are also featured in my work.
Thank you very much for your support.
Geometric shapes of hexagons and rectangles combined with textured silver echoing rocks and stones with bright swirling green of malachite.

These modern geometric earrings have been handmade from recycled solid sterling silver and feature malachite rectangular 'brick' shaped beads.
The small hexagons have been cut from recycled sterling silver sheet and hammered against concrete to form a rock, stone or pebble texture to contrast with the small rectangular malachite beads. The hexagons have stud posts and tiny oval links soldered onto them. The malachite beads are attached to the links with sterling silver wire pins with small silver bead to keep the malachite secure. The earrings are finished with sterling silver butterfly backs.
The earrings are small and measure 1.85cm in length, with a width of the hexagon measuring across 0.8cm
As handmade from scratch on order, these earrings can take between 2 - 7 days to make before dispatching.
