I wanted an alternative to Diamond, the traditional birthstone for Aries and April, and chose these beautifully sparkly Swarovski crystals.
I have set them amongst black onyx and sardonyx beads, as these really set of the sparkle.
Black, white and gold are also the colours of St Piran, the patron saint of Cornwall and tin miners.
