Nesting birds toiletry bag. This lovely toiletry bag is made from grey cherry blossom print fabric with an appliqué design featuring a bird’s nest and three birds. The fabric is sturdy upholstery fabric with a print pattern of black and grey branches with white and golden-yellow blossom on a grey background. To the cherry blossom pattern, I’ve added an appliqué bird’s nest made from brown hessian. I’ve left the edges of the hessian raw to give a twig-like appearance. In the nest are three birds, two parent birds and a chick, made from matching dusky pink and white floral and polka dot print fabrics. I’ve hand embroidered their golden yellow beaks and their black sleepy closed eyes. The bag fastens with a matching golden yellow zip and is lined with golden yellow water-resistant fabric. The base of the bag has been squared off to give lots of space for all those essential toiletries.
This spacious toiletry bag would be perfect for holidays and nights away. The wash bag, with its interesting design and cute little birds, would also make a lovely unique gift, perhaps for Mother's day.

12 inches (30cm) wide x 9 inches (23cm) high x 4 inches (10cm) across the base.
