The birthstones for October and Libra are opal and tourmaline.
Here I have used nuggets of pink opal and tiny beads of faceted pink tourmaline.
Pink opal is a variety of common opal, composed of opal, palygorskite and chalcedony.
The opal gives a soft lustre, palygorskite gives the pink colour and chalcedony adds patterns of white, grey and black.
The crystals are from Swarovski's "opal" range in pink and white.
Rose quartz represents Venus, Libra's planetary ruler.

Pretty, delicate pink and white stretch bracelet.
The stones are natural pink opal.
The pairs of Swarovski crystals are in the colours "rosewater opal" and "white opal" and are flanked by tiny faceted pink tourmaline beads.
Rose quartz and white shell beads are separated by "white opal" crystals and another pink opal stone.
The white shell beads have a soft sheen and hints of mother of pearl.
This stretch bracelet measures 7.5 inches (19cm).
Delivery is free within the UK.
Presented in a small organza bag.
