I found this wonderful remnant at York car boot. It has a different look from the floral Sanderson prints that we all know and love, but its understated colour scheme and unusual design has worked well as a shopping bag.

Full description
A practical tote bag or book bag, made from an unusual vintage Sanderson fabric. It is without the classic blooms and blowsy flowers of old Sanderson prints, but I love its muted autumnal tones. The design reminds me of garden urns in stately homes. Keep it in your handbag for those unexpected buys, and try to reduce your plastic waste.
The fabric content is unspecified, but I think it is a cotton/linen mix, with a slight slub, or texture to it.
The tote bag measures 34 cm by 38 cm with a boxed base.
It is fully lined in a fine striped green poly cotton, and has an internal pocket 13 cm by 15 cm.
There are two handles each 62 cm long, and it is finished off with my own embroidered name tag.
I try to recycle, and your bag will be posted out using clean, recycled packaging from my hoard. It will be sent as Royal Mail 2nd class.
