Hello and welcome to my shop.
I've always loved making things and worked as a Graphic Designer for over twenty years. Nowadays I experiment with fabric, paints, embroidery, beads and collage. I particularly enjoy combining different materials and patterns to create colourful, unique mixed media pieces.

Full description
At the centre of this collage is a vintage Russian postcard with a wonderfully detailed illustration from The Arabian Nights.
The artwork has been divided into sections using strips of black painted paper. Acrylic paint, batik fabric, paper embellishments from old books and woodblock prints have been added to create a kaleidoscope of colour and pattern.
The artwork is supplied in a white 10 x 12 inch mount with an aperture of approximately 17 x 22 cms.
