Please enjoy browsing and should you buy a doll she will be packaged in an organza bag. I have been given literally hundreds and will use them until they run out rather than let them go to landfill. Also I have been asked why I don't often repeat combinations of fabric with the dolls. It is because I tend to buy remnant stock where I can, tiny pieces of fabric that are too small for most people to use. So often I have only enough to make one doll. Full description
This tiny fox lady is my new Autumn Fox, she is made from quality shot cotton in a strong orange, she is hand painted and hand embroidered. She is softly stuffed with a good stuffing, there is lavender in her stuffing for a gentle scent, she also has a carnelian crystal at her heart for Autumn.
I have dressed her in an orange, golden yellow and blue cotton fabric by Liberty, it is a tana lawn called Rachel, a lovely late summer print with rich colours . The dress is covered in an organic pattern of summer flowers in this rich colourway. She has matching bloomers in cotton with underskirts in coordinating cottons and lace.
She stands just nine inches tall and has a brass ring to her back so she can hang should you wish.
She is a folk art doll for grown ups and sadly is not suitable for children to play with.
