This classic 1980’s vintage Sanderson mixes roses and paisley as only they know how! It’s nice to ditch the hessian tote for a pretty one once in a while.

This practical shopping bag, tote, or book bag is made in a vintage Sanderson fabric. It is a classic design of roses mixed with paisley, and its sepia tones reminds me of victorian parlours, with a dash of William Morris.This is a simple unlined design, with strong French seams, a boxed base, and a little inside pocket to catch the debris of your life. It comes with its own little wallet so it can be stowed away in your handbag for those unexpected buys! It would make a great present for a lover of vintage prints, a bookworm, or as a present for Mum.
This unlined cotton bag is sewn with strong French seams to neaten all your edges.
It measures 32 cm across and measures 36 cm down.
There are two shoulder straps each 62 cm long.
There is an inside pocket 13x15 cm finished in green binding and my own embroidered label sewn on.
The top is neatly finished off with a facing.
Please note, the pattern placement will vary from bag to bag, same lovely fabric tho!
I like to reuse where possible. Your bag will be sent out wrapped in clean recycled packaging from my hoard, and posted out as royal Mail 2nd class with proof of posting.
