About this item
A mysterious aurora scene adorns this teardrop pendant, with a lonely castle silhouette. Hand burned using pyrography or wood burning. Coloured with art pencils. Ideal for a northern lights fan or a five year wood anniversary gift. -The pendant is made from birch. -The dimensions are approximately: 4cm x3cm -It comes with a free 1mm waxed cotton cord with a silver tone lobster clasp fasten. This is approx 18" long. Other lengths are available or it can be sent without the clasp, just to tie. -Comes in a box and bag, with care instructions. -Get in touch with any questions, I'm happy to provide more photos. All my creations are my own design and composition. Each piece is unique. Please note, wood is a natural material and each piece has it's own knots and imperfections that make it beautiful. I seal the wood with varnish to help protect it, but it will weather overtime. To care for your piece; keep out of direct sunlight in a box or roll when not in use, keep it out of the shower, and avoid spraying with perfume. Postage is FREE. I post once a week, using my local post office. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Postage within the UK only.

On the bank of a bottomless, mysterious loch lay a foreboding building. It's sandpaper walls stretched high into the night. Emitting presence but no lights, it sat brooding, waiting for a visitor to stray inside. Seemingly empty of people yet full of memories all at once. As the midnight hour passed, the sky above the stone giant erupted with light, like some celestial entity springing into being. Luminous waves rippled over the turrets, dancing and dissipating in an explosive cycle until dawn threatened and they scurried away leaving the stone giant lonely once more.
