I had been experimenting with printing into clay with geometric patterns and as I do a lot of gardening decided to make it into little pots for small house plants and bonsai. I like to see how ceramics is made so as all my work is hand built you can see seams and the way it is constructed.

Full description
Little oval bonsai pot. This pot is hand built from an Etruscan clay with a geometric relief pattern and a beige and blue glaze. The pot has 4 circular feet that raise it slightly. The pot is only glazes on the outside as is traditional with bonsai planters and has 2 large drainage holes.
