Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Beads: Faces have been added in the making of these rare vintage handmade beads from Nepal, as you can see in the photos. These beads still carry the smudges from the charcoal used in their firing. They are not seconds, as such, but have slight imperfects as you might expect in beads made in low-tech conditions, so I've decided to reduce them,
The grey beads are also handmade, but in Africa, as are the matching disk beads.

Presentation: Your earrings will be sent in a presentation bag inside a mailing box.
Environment: All of my outer packaging is either recycled or recyclable.
