One of the best things about lovely old vintage sewing patterns is the period fashion illustrations on the envelope front. They look fab put in old frames and hung up on the wall in groups. Happy sewing!

Full description
A lovely vintage sewing pattern for a sleeveless dress and jacket. Neat, sharp lines, with a hint of the mod and Quant eras to come. The fantastic thing about this pattern is its quality. The tissue pattern is unused and uncut, and amazingly the envelope is not torn or dog eared. These vintage dress making envelopes also look great framed in groups and up on the wall! This would make a wonderful present for a vintage lover, fashion historian, or dressmaker.
The size is for Bust 36 inch Waist 29 inch Hips 39 inch so a practical size, as so many vintage patterns are very small.
The description on the envelope calls it a trim, slimline dress with sleeveless bodice and bateau neck, worn under short or hip-line jacket. It would look great made up in cottons silk and linens, as well as tweeds and jersey. Go grab yourself some style.
I love to reuse, your pattern will be posted out using clean, recycled packaging from my stash, and sent as Royal Mail 2nd class.
