I have been looking for a fun holder for my quilting clips for some time and thought it would be a good project to start the year off with.

Full description
This pretty little pillow has a multitude of uses in the sewing room and would brighten up any craft table. The grey wool felt pillow is filled with a polyester fibre and polypropylene granules to give weight and hand sewn with blanket stitch with embroidery thread in yellow, blue, orange and red to compliment the colours in the flower and a small button adorns each corner.
The cotton fabric flower has individually made petals each sewn into place to make the flower shape and the centre is a beautiful navy button. I have chosen shades of blue, red, orange and yellow to create the piece.
There are enough petals to hold 20 clips. The 3 little gunmetal beads are magnetic and will hold a sewing needle and the rest of the pillow can be used as a pin cushion.
If pins are placed at an angle, they will not pierce the bottom of the piece and scratch the service of your table.
