Please enjoy browsing and should you buy a doll she will be packaged in an organza bag. I have been given literally hundreds and will use them until they run out rather than let them go to landfill. Also I have been asked why I don't often repeat combinations of fabric with the dolls. It is because I tend to buy remnant stock where I can, tiny pieces of fabric that are too small for most people to use. So often I have only enough to make one doll. Full description
This tiny fox gentleman is my new pattern, he is made from quality shot cotton in a pale grey, he is hand painted and hand embroidered. he is softly stuffed with a good stuffing, there is lavender in his stuffing for a gentle scent, he also has a smokey quartz crystal at his heart for strength.
I have dressed him in Japanese 'tweeds' to give a country look. These are actually good qualitiy cottons with country patterns and textures. He sports a cotton cuffed shirt, a lined waistcoat and plus fours. All finished with tiny buttons and a leather bag, his boots are a little heavier to get through all that bracken.
He stands just nine inches tall and has a brass ring to his back so he can hang should you wish.
He is a folk art doll for grown ups and sadly is not suitable for children to play with.
