G'Day and welcome to my shop of jewellery delights! Due to the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) rules coming into force from 13 December, I will no longer be shipping to any EU country, which also includes Northern Ireland after this date. Although I ensure all the components I use in my jewellery are safe for consumers, I don't think my business can afford the EU agent that is required.
LAST POSTING DATES: UK - 14 DEC; REST OF WORLD - 1 DEC. Please note, I'm happy to post items after these dates, but delivery speeds can be reduced due to large volume of Christmas post, so Royal Mail cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

This William Morris pattern is also called Brer Rabbit and was first produced by Morris & Co. in 1882. The pattern was inspired and named after a character in Uncle Remus, His Song and Sayings by JC Harris (1881), which William Morris used to read to his daughters. The rabbits and birds that I’ve selected for these pendants were drawn by Morris’ close friend and colleague – Phillip Webb.

Thise William Morris & Co inspired pendant is made using a beautiful cotton fabric from Moda in collaboration with the Victoria and Albert Museum.
It features a repeating pattern of rabbits, birds and foliage in cream, on a sage green background - the pattern is called Brother or Brier Rabbit.
I've chosen a pair of rabbits, surrounded by swirling foliage and then created a 38mm diameter fabric covered flat backed button, using a touch of wadding to create a slight dome.
I've then secured the button into an antique bronze plated round pendant blank. The measurement of the pendant is 4 cm wide by 5 cm long, that includes the 1 cm for the bail. An 18 inch (45 cm) antique bronze plated flat oval trace chain has been added as standard, the links of the chain measure 4.5 x 3 mm and there’s a 12mm lobster clasp at one end.
The chain and pendant blank are both nickel and lead free and you can also have the option of a longer length chain.
This lovely unique pendant will come to you safe and carefully packaged in a UK Made eco-friendly recycled kraft card jewellery box - perfect for gifting to that Pre-Raphaelite or Arts & Crafts style fan or a wonderful Mother's Day or thinking of you gift (or as a treat for yourself!).
As it’s made of cotton, this is also ideal as a small token for a 2nd wedding anniversary gift!
