Full description

A beautiful Iridescent gently polished Ammonite Specimen, which would be suitable for custom jewellery making, as a photography prop or just for a fossil enthusiast as a Collectable.

This gorgeous ammonite is just a item I have not got round to setting as yet, and wondered if there were any budding jewellers or artisans who might like this stunning ammonite.

Equally it is lovely as it is and could be just added to a fossil collection, I have even seen ammonites set into pictures of models and figurines, I am sure there are many of you out there with plenty of imagination!

The ammonite has been carefully smoothed and gently polished, showing stunning pink fire flashes and blue green tones, yet it has some more unpolished areas and natural faults and inclusions.

The Ammonite is approximately 43mms by approx 35mmx, with a depth of approx 14mms, measurements taken at the ammonite’s widest points.
