I recently contributed illustrations for a book, The Migrant Waders. The book featured 21 images of migratory wading, water and shorebirds. I created this woodcock illustration for the book. It's one of my favourites from the series, so much so that I originally made a print for myself. It's proved so popular with family and friends I've decided to make some more this year to share with everyone else.
