I started raising money for Toybox on 25th August 2023, and to date £237.56 has been raised by my lovely Folksy customers, £180.06 of which was transferred to Toybox between 20/11/23 and 5/04/23.

This piece uses a tutorial from designer Ellad2 who gives permission for items made from her patterns to be sold. Her tutorial is called ‘Joyful Bangle’.

Full description
This pretty bangle is woven from seed beads and glass pearly beads in glowing shades of gold and brown, with just a touch of red as an accent. I have called it a soft weave bangle as it is not rigid; it’s open, netted design gives it some flexibility so that it rolls easily over the hand when being put on and yet it holds its shape when being worn.
This bangle is around 1.3cms (0.5ins) thick. The diameter of the central hole is around 6cms (2.4ins) and it will slip easily over a medium sized hand (around UK glove size 7).
It will be posted to you wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and in a sturdy cardboard box for safe travel.
WHEN YOU BUY THIS ITEM £1 WILL BE DONATED TO TOYBOX, A CHARITY HELPING STREET CHILDREN ACROSS THE GLOBE. This amount is calculated by subtracting materials and admin costs from the price of the item. I do not charge for my time in making it.
